Crafting High-Quality Rigid Built Kitchen Units
At the heart of our service is a commitment to quality, precision, and sustainability. During your comprehensive showroom appointment, we’ll guide you through selecting the perfect cabinet interior finish, including your preferred cabinet colour and edge material. We’ll also showcase our range of premium drawer box options, including the best-in-class Blum Legrabox which we now include by default, or the option to upgrade to beautiful dovetailed oak timber drawers. Both options feature fully adjustable soft-close drawer runners and are complemented by Blum’s high-quality soft-closing hinges for a seamless and luxurious user experience.
Once your selections are finalized, the production process begins in a state-of-the-art facility, where skilled professionals craft your kitchen cabinets to our exacting standards. Using CNC Nesting Machines, each board is precisely cut and drilled into the individual components required for your kitchen. This advanced technology ensures pinpoint accuracy, minimizes material waste, and optimizes efficiency for a flawless result.
Next, the cut components are expertly finished with durable ABS edging applied by our computer-controlled edge banding machine. We choose ABS edging for its exceptional durability and environmental benefits, outperforming traditional PVC and other plastics.
After edging, your kitchen furniture is hand-assembled. Base units are meticulously dowelled and pocket-screwed, while wall units are glued, dowelled, and pressed to maintain perfect alignment. This ensures your cabinets remain true, square, and built to last, providing a consistent, high-quality finish for your home.
Once assembly is complete, your kitchen furniture is carefully hand packaged to protect it during transit. Your bespoke units are then loaded onto a dedicated delivery vehicle to ensure they arrive at your home in pristine condition.
