Kitchen Stori Clifden & Madison Kitchen| Stylish Elegance in Heritage Green & Light Oak
We recently completed this stunning kitchen transformation, seamlessly blending contemporary and traditional elements to create a sophisticated and highly functional space. This project showcases an exquisite combination of Kitchen Stori’s Clifden range in Heritage Green for the main kitchen cabinetry and Madison Light Oak for the island, resulting in a warm and inviting aesthetic.
Design & Craftsmanship
Every detail of this kitchen was meticulously planned to achieve a refined, cohesive look. The island serves as a beautiful focal point, featuring:
Flush moulded skirting plinths, decorative pilasters, and tongue & groove panelling, all contributing to a classic yet modern feel.
A custom wine rack unit, adding both practical storage and a touch of character.
To enhance functionality, we installed one-piece tall doors for the fridge and pull-out units, incorporating horizontal cross rail details for a sleek, uninterrupted design.
All cabinetry was custom-manufactured using Egger’s Lancaster Oak material, ensuring exceptional durability. Hettich Arcitech drawer boxes were used throughout for smooth, high-quality drawer operation.
Worktops & Features
The 30mm Fugenstone Calacatta Oro worktops were carefully selected to complement the deep green cabinetry and warm oak tones, creating a timeless yet luxurious look.
Above the hob area, we installed a bespoke oak floating shelf, infilled with Wood Veneer Hub’s Acupanel panelling—a design feature that adds depth and texture while maintaining a beautifully balanced aesthetic.
State-of-the-Art Appliances & Fixtures
Appliance integration was key to maintaining the kitchen’s streamlined aesthetic. We incorporated Neff’s latest Flex Design range, including:
A venting hob, eliminating the need for an overhead extractor.
Premium Neff ovens, offering cutting-edge cooking technology.
For the sink area, we specified an 1810 Zenuno Gold sink, paired with a Quooker Fusion Square hot tap in a patinated brass finish, bringing both practicality and a touch of opulence to the space.
Additionally, to combat the region’s hard water, we installed a Monarch Midi water softener, ensuring longevity for the appliances and enhancing everyday usability.
Innovative Storage & Entertainment Solutions
One of the standout features of this project was the bespoke TV recess within the cabinetry, thoughtfully positioned to face the breakfast bar at the back of the island. This seamless integration allows for entertainment and convenience without disrupting the kitchen’s clean lines.
Flooring & Final Touches
To tie the whole design together, a herringbone oak LVT floor was installed, which adds warmth, texture, and a timeless appeal while offering durability and ease of maintenance.
